MAINSTAY

Amber Ale
With a special blend of barley, our Amber has its own unique flavor. There is a nice malty flavor to this amber that is accentuated by caramel and a hint of raisin. ABV: 5.5% IBU: 26

Bavarian Hefeweizen
This German style, Bavarian Hef is brewed with a yeast strain from Germany! This yeast lends wonderful banana and clove flavors to our Bavarian that gives you a true taste of Germany.  ABV: 5.0% IBU: 16

Cream Ale
The Cream ale is simply light and drinkable. Brewed with Montana Barley and some oats for ultimate smoothness, it is easy to have your fill and but not feel full.  ABV: 5.0% IBU: 11

Haywire Honey Wheat
This American style wheat beer is our most popular brew. Montana barley and white wheat with a touch of honey make this straw colored beer an easy drinker with a bit of honey sweetness.  ABV: 5.0% IBU: 21

Honey Porter
We like to say “Honey Porter Happens”.  This rich, chocolaty porter is brewed with a bucket of local honey. Though it is a heavy hitter, it comes in smooth and slightly sweet.  ABV: 7.5% IBU: 22

IPA
Grapefruit and citrus notes accentuate this IPA from Columbus and Cascade hops. Though generously hopped, our IPA has superior drinkability. A strong malt backbone helps mellow out the bitterness; however, the aroma and flavor come in nicely.  ABV: 6.2% IBU: 60

Light Lager
A lightly hopped, crisp American Style Lager.  10 IBU and 5%ABV

Oatmeal Stout
This robust stout comes in nicely with roasted coffee notes but is smooth due to the generous addition of oats. Affectionately know as the “Paddle Bender” by the brewers, this stout will leave you nice and toasty. ABV: 6.0% IBU: 24

Pepper Cream
Our signature Cream Ale, infused with locally grown Thai Hot Chilis. It is smooth with a slightly spicy finish.

ABV: 5% IBUs 11.5

Raspberry Cream Ale
Our Cream Ale with the pleasant and refreshing flavor of raspberry.
ABV: 5.0% IBU: 11

*ABV: Alcohol by volume
*IBU: International Bittering Units. This term is used to describe the bitterness in a beer that is derived from the utilization of hops. Don’t be fooled though! IBUs can be deceiving depending on the beer type and malts used to make it.
